Plate processing
We pierce plates of 0.5-3.0mm thickness with plate processing centres. Slab loading and an ejector device for pierced plates ensure flexible and fast production.

Edging
The edging presses of our edging department bend accurately programmed edges. The maximum processing width amounts to 9.8 feet (3 metres). With the help of our up-to-date equipment, we ensure that our high quality products reflect our customers’ documents exactly.

Painting and printing
On our powder painting line components pass a four-part washing line, which accomplishes both washing and iron phosphating. The texts and custom text figures of our customers are printed on washed or resurfaced objects with the help of our own tampon printing machine.
